We Love What We Do

It is crucial for our success and our working atmosphere that we really love what we do. We work independently and autonomously, we can rely on each other, and we can feel and experience success and progress directly.

Hands-on expert knowledge

We work in sensitive technical niches that require expert knowledge and experience. We want to hand on what we created to the next generation, and in the same way we hand on our knowledge and our experience to our employees. We also promote further training.

Give and Take

Job and family life, young and old, women and men, working and celebrating your success, giving and taking: Getting the balance right is the basis for a good quality of life and work.

Our employees and their relationships with our partners are crucial to our success. That is why we look for people who are willing to contribute their share and to take responsibility.

Behind the scenes

CAD planning, GIS, interpreting aerial photographs, 3D visualisations, tilt analysis, calculations or renderings – an abundance of methods turns my ideas into visualised and calculated plans. I can experience the project being realised step by step.

Visiting the building site every week lets me experience the project’s progress first hand. I notice deviations or faults and can intervene immediately. One day I’m at the building site, the next at the office.

No project has ever bored me. Every job is unique and customized, and I have to find new feasible solutions for each one.

When visiting building sites, I get to know the ski resorts, our customers and suppliers. I enjoy the change from sitting in the office.

It is an exciting moment when ‘your own ropeway‘ finally starts operating. It’s great to know that I was part of this project from the very beginning, that I planned and drew the station buildings, visited the site and coordinated project and time schedules. Even after all these years, this gives me goosebumps.
